Classes, Workshops, and Camps in 2020:

NOTE: This camp has been canceled! We will be offering it as a Summer Camp instead — dates TBD.

Middle Grades Enrichment Spring Break Camp — (5 fun days!) 10am to 2:30pm, March 30-April 3 at the LEAD class space in Avondale. (Note: If your child isn’t able to attend the full week, a partial-week option is available at a prorated cost; just let us know which days.)

Ages 9-14; Cost: $175 per student (sibling discount is available). A $20 per family deposit is required to hold your space, the remainder of the camp fee is due at the end of March.

Come join us for a week of living history, art, puzzles, games, creative thinking, creative writing, and fun projects in this Homeschool Spring Break Enrichment Camp! We’ll be filling these five days with five weeks worth of Enrichment fun. Each day will include interactive activities, independent and group projects, team challenges, lunchtime (and snack time) outdoor time, free time, and more.

This camp will be led by Shawne Taylor (homeschooling mom and LEAD member for 20+ years, and homeschool class instructor for 12+ years) and Christy Seelye-King (popular homeschool instructor for over 13+), and is open to homeschoolers and siblings.

All materials are provided. Campers will just need to bring their lunch and water each day.

Camp is limited to 18 students. (six spots are still available!)

Registration is open now. To register, email me at with “Enrichment Camp” in the subject line, along with the name and age of the participating child and your contact info. I will send you payment information for the deposit (payable through Zelle and PayPal) and confirmation that your child is on the camp roster.

NOTE: D&D Club will now be meeting online through Zoom rather than in person for our last three weeks. Thanks!

Dungeons & Dragons Club — (5 weeks) Thursdays, 12pm-1:30pm, February 13-March 19 (with a break the week of 2/20) at the LEAD class space in Avondale.

Ages 9-15; Cost: $45 per student (includes all materials and room fees), due by January 24.

Come join us for a fun D&D adventure as we spend five weeks together creating characters, coming up with back stories, and working our way through an exciting D&D campaign. No experience necessary and all materials (including a new set of dice for each participant) are included. All you need to bring is an active imagination and a thirst for adventure!

This club is limited to 7 students. (D&D CLUB IS FULL!)

Registration is closed.

Additional classes and workshops will be added to the schedule over the next couple of months. Some will be in town, others will be OTP in the Norcross area. I will also be adding an online class listing as well, for those who might be interested. Please check back to see what’s available!
